In my next life, I'd like to come back as Katharine McPhee's dog.
Katharine McPhee, guys, what a doll! Because sometimes when NYC is cray cray frigid and your dog is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, you'll protect him from the elements by letting him hitch a ride in the crook of your arm. Right?? Also, we can't tell if this is Katharine's girl pooch or boy pooch (she has both!), but we kinda think it's a boy judging by his satisfied "Yeah, that's me in Katharine McPhee's arms" grin.

Katharine (who may or may not be moonlighting as Claire Danes/Carrie Matheson from "Homeland") and her adorable Chihuahua were snapped taking a break from filming the brand-new season of "Smash." Not sure about y'all, but if I were to come back as an animal, being Katharine's Chihuahua looks like a pretty sweet gig! You get to chill with your gorgeous owner, travel around the world, and have free reign to stare at any celebrity you like because you're a dog and nobody in their right mind would be like, "That dog is staring at me! Have her removed." #Bestlife.
